The Angel L. Martin Memorial Scholarship Fund has been established at St. Philip's College to help clear the path to student success.  St. Philip's College is a Historically Black College and Hispanic Serving Institution in San Antonio, Texas.  Angel attended St. Philip's College during her undergraduate career.  She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from UTSA and an MBA from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri.  Angel was an accomplished leader and attributed much of her success to having an education.  This scholarship will provide financial resources to eligible students who demonstrate leadership and academic achievement.

The Angel L. Martin Memorial Scholarship Fund will support the HBCU White House Competitiveness Scholar at St. Philip's College. Scholars are chosen based on their academic achievements, campus and civic involvement and entrepreneurial spirit.  The scholars are recommended by their college president and are selected from among several highly distinguished HBCU students across the nation.

3. Under the “Designation” dropdown menu, select “Other” and type "Angel Martin Memorial Fund”
4. Complete all billing information as directed
